About this festival
Jazzinty Workshop is an intensive programme of musical education, stretching over a week. It is an academy, open to anyone interested in improvisation and jazz. Its fundamentals are systematic individual mentor guided lessons in 12 categories, supplemented by afternoon theoretical lectures, combo rehearsals and concerts. Another integral part of workshop is the crazy jam sessions where all students can test their newly gained knowledge. Basic instrumental competence is required; experience and knowledge in jazz is not obligatory.
