Hai in den Mai is coming again! Every year trance fans disappear into the forested mountains of Stemwede, near Osnabrück, Germany under the festival's motto "Peace & Love on Earth". Hai in den Mai was created 13 years ago by Waldfrieden Events, an organization best known for two other major Psytrance events: Wonderland and Wald Healing. Starting as a small insider club party that served as a “warm-up” for Wonderland, Hai in den Mai evolved into its own 3-days open-air festival.

This year's line-up includes dozens of artists, with highlights going to names like Earthling, DJ Moon, MC Dynamite, Dirty Saffi, Kliment, Akustik, Worf, S.P.H.E.R.E, Anneli, Raoul, Fungus Funk, Daksinamurti, Phobos, Back To Mars, Krumelur, Kularis, Once Upon A Time, Ismir, Josephine Wedekind, Le Loup, Atacama, Dj Nuky, Kronfeld, Sascha Flux, Neurologic and many more!

True to their name (Waldfrieden means “Forest Peace” in German) the organization also makes environmental concerns and the protection of the forest a major concern during the festival. "We make all decisions here on an ecological basis" says one of the organizers. The flyers are printed on environmentally friendly paper and benches, bars, scaffolding, platform and superstructures on the wooded terrain are made of wood from the local forest - tropical woods are taboo. All of the electricity is supplied by renewable energy sources and the food shops sell organic food only.
Hai in den Mai is well known for its impressive fire performances.
In 2018, Hai in den Mai will be in 3-6 of May and is sure to bring to Stemwede many trance and electronic music fans from all over the world.
