Well, music festivals are happening throughout the year although not that often as on summer.
Iceland Airwaves (Reykjavík, Iceland)

Iceland Airwaves is one of the biggest music festivals in Iceland. This year more than 200 artists are going to rock the numerous venues across the city. The big names such as iconic Bjork and dozens of just starting out bands will definitely surprise your ears and you are not gonna stay indifferent.
Along with the authentic music experience comes breathtaking Icelandic nature so it is worth to spend a couple of days exploring the surroundings.
Metropolis (Dublin, Ireland)

Metropolis festival is very young and this year it is happening for the second time. Set in the beautiful surrounds of the Royal Dublin Society complex – this unique indoor event offers a tapestry of music, art, installations, performance and conversation.

Songbird Festival (Rotterdam, Netherlands)

It is an indoor music festival that puts in the center of attention singers-songwriters of different music genres. Two days fully packed with lyric performances in cosy atmosphere will inspire you for the whole winter.
Crossing Border (The Hague, Netherlands)

Each year creators of the Crossing Borders festival are trying to build bridges between music and language performers. In the past few years, the festival has expanded to become one of the most progressive international music and literature festivals in Europe. Bringing together both promising and well-known artists it gives you an opportunity to enjoy and discover at the same time.
The venues this year are located in the cultural heart of The Hague which adds some magic to all that will be happening during the festival.

Oslo World Music (Oslo, Norway)

This festival called the Oslo World Music for a reason. There are not that many festivals where you can find performers of completely different and authentic music genres.
