About this festival
Demofest is a music festival that is held every year at the Fortress of Kastel in Banja Luka, the second largest city in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was founded in 2008 with the idea of providing opportunities for the development of unfinished bands and helping revival of scenes on the territory of the former Yugoslavia, and today is the largest festival of demo bands in South East Europe and one of the largest free festivals in the region.
