About this festival
In 2016, the One Love Cali Reggae Fest began as a celebration of the love of reggae. It was held at the Santa Ana Observatory in southern California and drew a large crowd of eager reggae enthusiasts. Due to the large crowds, the event changed venues to its current home at the Queen Mary Events Park in Long Beach, Calif. One Love Cali Reggae Fest is a three-day festival customarily opening at 2 p.m. on Friday and at noon on both Saturday and Sunday. The festival was not always over the course of three days. In fact, 2017 was the first year the festival was extended due to its overwhelming popularity and the desire of the artists to perform. Festival attendees are treated to a mix of reggae styles from island reggae to dance hall.
