Black Deer Festival is an award-winning Americana and country music festival, bringing the two together in a weekend that pays homage to the cultural heritage of the States. With over 70 international bands playing across six stages over three days, there's more than enough to keep you involved.

Immerse yourself in its diverse programme of music, food and drink, community and storytelling, toasted over smokey whiskies and classic meats, served up by renowned pioneers of the modern American BBQ scene.

Live Fire brings the very best outdoor cooking and lifestyle expert demonstrations all wrapped up around great southern style food, drink and hospitality. Expect expert masterclasses on foraging, butchery and knife making from master craftsmen, through to the very best authentic "low ‘n’ slow" American BBQ and live-fire cooking from industry leading chefs, thanks to Grillstock founders Jon Finch and Ben Merrington.

But the talk of this Americana town has to be The Roadhouse. The ultimate symbol of counter culture, this area is a biker's haven, showcasing vintage customised motorcycles by UK legend Dick Smith, AKA The Baron, as well as a range of Americana inspired experiences. The mighty Desertscene London are curating the music stage so expect a bounty of heavy cross-over blues and low desert tones, and perhaps a few notorious after-show shenanigans.

Beyond those, Black Deer also houses a dedicated children's area to keep the young folk occupied for hours, learning woodcraft skills, playing musical instruments, tree-climbing, and building their own show town.
