À propos de ce festival

The 16th International Bühler Bluegrass Festival will be held on 11th and 12th May with a bluegrass legend and a former prodigy of the scene. Artistic director Patrick Fuchs described it as a "sensation" when the program was presented in December that Sierra Hull has pledged for the festival. The 26-year-old has just been named Mandolin Player of the Year in the USA, her current album is nominated for a Grammy.

There is also a legend with Peter Rowan after Buhl: The 75-year-old accompanies the Italian band "Red Wine", who had already performed in the Zwetschgenstadt in 2006. Rowan, guitarist and singer, has received the "higher ordinations" of the bluegrass founding father Bill Monroe, as he played in the '60s in his accompanying band "Bluegrass Boys".
