À propos de ce festival
The idea of this open-air festival comes from the seven founding bands Pinks not red, Oskot, Driftwood (now: Auletta), the main thing it pops (HEK), Change of Mind (successor band Battle against the empire), r.u.s.t. and T.P.A. (now: Dirty Glamor).
In 2002 they went to the Mainz Youth Office and together they developed the band festival at the Alte Ziegelei.
The philosophy that underpinned then, but still today, is to give bands from Mainz and the surrounding area an open-air platform where they can present their talents to a wider audience.
