À propos de ce festival
Held since 1999, the Hiiumaa Chamber Music Days are an important part of the music life of the second biggest West-Estonian island. Concerts organised at various historical churches (Reigi, Emmaste, Pühalepa) and Suuremõisa Castle present the musicians from Estonia and abroad introduce the classical chamber music repertoire performed both by professional and young artists. The festival also includes the activities for children. Traditionally a larger-scale work is presented during the festival.
The artistic director of the festival is Mart Ernesaks.
