Everyone in Zajecar knows that this sprawling city has "pearls" that rarely do. Many Zajecar complain of what is ruined and crushed. Despite this, Zaječar still has good unused potentials.

Someone once said, "The Zajear is a city with a soul for people who do it."
Where is that spirit? Clearly, it was brought to him by the time of many troubles, breaks, political turmoil and overcoming. Earlier, only the photos of the city were black and people were full of colors. Today is the reverse.
