Held yearly in August, the Pühalepa Music Festival is organised on the Island of Hiiumaa. The festival focuses on early music and contemporary works, including music by Estonian composer Erkki-Sven Tüür, who was born on Hiiumaa. The three days long programme is presented in the premises of Pühalepa Church, with the nearby playground and leisure are both for younger audiences and their parents. The festival tickets sells supports the financing of restauration works of the Pühalepa Church organ.
The artistic director of the festival is Endrik Üksvärav.
