SZIN is a music festival in Szeged, Hungary. Focusing mostly on local talent, this festival is also good for a few big international acts too. The Cure, Lou Bega, Kelis and more have all played previous editions of the festival.
Starting in 1968, SZIN is a one of the longest running music festivals in Europe. And it features all the aspects of a great classic festival: it's outdoors surrounded by trees, has multiple stages, fun amenities like pools and games, big crowds of rowdy fans and the music they want to hear.
Winning the Greener Festival Award in 2009, SZIN is adamant about keeping its ecological footprint down while maintaining a great party vibe. This balance in embodied in their introduction of shot glasses made of ice to reduce their use of plastic last year.
