Tsunami Xixón is a recently created music festival located in Gijón, Asturias, Spain, one of the most beautiful cities in the North of the Iberian Peninsula, famous for its landscapes and gastronomy. The first edition was held during the summer of 2017, being sold-out two weeks in advance with a crowd of 22000 people and an eclectic billing mixing punk, rock, stoner and indie. Bands of the likes of The Offspring, Pennywise, The Sounds, Graveyard, Kadavar, Talco, Toundra or Berri Txarrak, among others, performed during its first edition, and a bigger second edition is expected soon, creating a perfect synergy with the city, the venue (the biggest building in Spain, used as festival site), the beach and summer time. A holiday event for all the family and tourists who like equally music and geography.
