The ambientfestival „Zivilisation der Liebe“ (Civilization of Love) is a festival for modern electronic and contemporary classical music existing since 2005 and organised by the eventlabel E’DE COLOGNE. The festival is searching for the mystical element of electronic music, at the point where ambient, techno and modern classic meet. It takes place in the end of January at the Basilica of St. Aposteln, Cologne. Aim of the festival is to transform “love” in modern music and work with the contemplative space of the church.
