Heide e.V. Döckingen was born out of the youth of the Gmoahaus Döckingen and organized in 1999 for the first time the famous festival "Die Heide Rauch", at that time under a different name.

Since then, with the help of club members and countless volunteers - together to preserve the local cultural landscape - various events are organized. The most well known is "Die Heide Rauches", an open-air festival that gives regional and newcomer bands the opportunity to play in front of festival audiences.
