Hellfest Open Air is a huge rock, metal and punk festival in the Pays de la Loire region of western France.
Almost unrivalled in scale, last year the festival attracted more than 350000 fans with a lineup that was absolutely packed with icons of the scene.
From heavy metal pioneers to the new breed of rock superstars – whether that's black metal, hardcore or stoner rock – the festival is an extensive and vibrant celebration of the global scene.
