Boardmasters is a music and sports festival in Cornwall, mixing a diverse musical lineup with surfing, BMXing, skating and wellbeing.

Held on Fistral Beach and Watergate Bay in Newquay, Boardmasters attracts thousands of extreme sports and music fans every August, keen to pair up their passions.

That means there are a huge variety of activities to get involved in, from surfing and BMX competitions, to morning yoga on the beach, paint fights, disco aerobics and much, much more.

Boardmasters also attracts some professional sportsmen and women, making it an ideal chance for fans to kick back and marvel at the skills of the pros, while also partying in their company to the broad music lineup.

The last edition featured sets from the likes of Two Door Cinema Club, alt-J, Andy C and Patrick Topping, who played out across daytime beach sessions, sunset headline sets and late night parties.
